Projects
Sometimes when an idea begins… it expands into a broader project that is absolutely possible. From my years in project management, leadership, collaboration and more… I love hearing about other people’s ideas and seeing if I can support them in bringing their vision to life. I have a particular passion in getting a deeper understanding of user and community needs to ensure that a project is successful from it’s foundation.
There are lots of ways this can happen, so be sure to reach out if you would like to discuss! Below are some examples I’ve collaborated with individuals on. More examples are provided in my living portfolio.
-

For 3 years I managed the needs of about 10-15 community-based projects/ year as the Senior Project Assistant at the Innovation Hub (University of Toronto). This included leading design thinking processes, providing teachings, developing outreach strategies, visualizing data and reports, website management, overseeing operations, ensuring all content is accessible, and more!
-

Nature Canada Bird Sanctuary Signage
In collaboration with Nature Canada & the City of Victoria, I developed custom educational signage about Victoria’s bird sanctuary and waterways in partnership with 6 community partners. This involved 18 custom illustrations of this series & led to further collaborations with organizations such as the World Wildlife Foundation.
-
Birds Eye View Travelling Exhibit
