November 2025: ‘Finding Kadels’

Virtual exhibition artist contributor - ‘The D Word’ - The “D” Word is a virtual art gallery that explores digital media and creatively expressing our relationships with death. It celebrates self-determination instead of pathologizing unique experiences, and protests against oppressive & capitalistic systems that dictate how we are allowed to grieve and for whom.

Content Warning: death, grief, suicide, mental illness, and abuse. Please ensure you are in a safe physical and mental space before entering the gallery.

2018-2019: During my Masters of Education, I contributed to the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) Graduate Research Conference, where I developed an arts-based workshop grounded in my ‘Between Memory and Material’ series. Through the painting series, I also developed an activity for conference participants to contribute to. Exploring concepts around digital communication, grief, lost connections, and more.

2011- 2016: Many of these pieces are works during my studio practice at the University of Victoria during my Bachelors of Fine Arts from 2011-2016. These works were often centered in systems-based works, mental health, and exploring different mediums.
